BOCAUE, BULACAN mdash; A new North Luzon Expressway NLEX interchange leading to the Iglesia ni Cristorsquo Philippine Arena is being rushed for the Southeast Asian SEA Games on Nov. 30, according to the Department of Public Works and Highways.The P635-million interchange project was launched in a ground breaking ceremony Friday Feb. 1 .The four-lane interchange would connect the INCrsquo Ciudad De Victoria property along the NLEX northbound lane to the Manila North Road MacArthur Highway via the Bocaue municipal building road in Barangay village Igulot and the Sta.
