If you can't take advantage of the help you can still contact NHS England to get professional help from someone working with you – NHS England is a charity, not a charity with a board of directors. They don't do any advertising or promote themselves and staff are unpaid.

Don't feel like waiting for your £14.50 service every fortnight.

For the first year you'll receive your monthly service allowance. At the end of the year your allowance will be reduced to a reasonable amount. You will be able to choose a month when you'll receive your service allowance.

You'll also be required to pay £0.80, an amount depending on your experience, whichever is less. The amount is equal to the cost of £14.50 per session plus 1p per session.

If you need help with self help (and, unless you are already paying for the service, you are working outside the UK)

If you need help to manage your own stress, depression, anxiety or any other serious health concerns then it is important that the treatment you receive comes from a therapist who have had extensive experience of mental health.

If you have an experience related disability, such as a spinal injury or Parkinson's, it could be beneficial to visit an expert, such as a physical therapist, to work with your problem.

The FCC has come under fire this week for its handling of a potential privacy breach at Verizon Wireless. Last week, the company's CEO announced that the company had received a court order prohibiting him from helping the Justice Department in an ongoing investigation about its customer service practices.

On Friday, AT&T disclosed that it had received similar court orders related to its phone calls.

But how big a deal are the orders for such communications?

Federal law allows the government to order the removal of "unauthorized" content or metadata from content providers and other platforms, including communications that have been acquired through a secret "secret court order," according to the Electronic Frontier Foundation.

In the event that an "unauthorized information" is found after a secret order is issued, it can cause "an unreasonable delay" in access to that material, said EFF's legal director, Andrew Crocker.

According to a July 2015 paper by the Brennan Center for Justice, such actions can happen when "the government seeks to block lawful online activity, limit legal access, censor the content in question, or otherwise prevent lawful content creators from using technology to create or share services, products and technologies."

While no firm ruling has been issued, a number of experts have come to the conclusion that the government should not be involved in data requests.

This past year, the FCC's open Internet rules and its related rules to ensure that information from broadband providers is treated equally by both ISPs and end-user apps, were both blocked by the courts in order to avoid further uncertainty in the data request cases.

It's also worth noting that, in the case of a potential privacy breach involving Verizon, the courts did hold that the company's customer service policies violated the law as an exercise of its powers under Section 703 of the Telecommunications Act, and that Section 223 of the Electronic Communications Privacy Act could be used to take action against the company, but that in those cases the company's policy wasn't legally enforceable.

The Obama-era FCC and the FCC's current chairman, Ajit Pai, are both of the opinion that it's fine to order firms such as Verizon to hand over your private information when it comes to the company, and that a secret court order shouldn't be used to obtain it.
